The Project Registration Form is a comprehensive tool designed to protect opportunities and provide special benefits for companies registering their projects. This is a mandatory step if a technical support or/and commercial documentation (quotations/invoices) are required.
Please take a moment to review the following guide before proceeding with the project registration:
- Project Stage: start by choosing the current project stage:
• CONCEPTION & INITIATION for initial phases like PoC with unknown details;
• DEFINITION & PLANNING for projects with known basics such as channel quantity and analytics. - Clear Project Details: it's crucial to specify a clear project name and follow the pop-up prompts to ensure accurate information input.
- Form Submission: note that completing the form itself does not finalize the project registration. Once you submit the filled form, our team will review the request. Subsequently, a manager will reach out to you via email to confirm the registration and share the assigned project ID number.
- Registration Validity Period: the registration is valid for 6 months. After this period, kindly update the data and validate the project's relevance by contacting your manager. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the registration in the system.
